歷史
慶江互控
初代慶寧財團大班何西為防範東部財團覬覦，想出透過慶寧會社和綠江公司互控，捍衛財團控股權。但隨著2007年慶寧事件爆發導致慶寧財團頻臨崩潰，慶寧會社亦被勒令解散。
重組
2008年1月，慶寧財團宣佈重大重組，何佳臣家族，銘誠趙氏、四都宮三大家族注資組成慶寧投資者有限公司（Hinnia Investors Ltd），三大家族將其持有的慶寧財團以及綠江集團旗下股份全部注入新公司。其後遷冊百慕達，註冊成為三宮策略控股有限公司（Sannomiya Strategic Holdings Ltd）。
