    合眾百科理事會（Board of Directors of Unitedbook）是合眾百科的管理委員會，理事會的主要功能是管理及維護合眾百科。其他的功能包括審議並頒佈百科守則；對涉及百科的問題做最終裁決權。

    理事會共有十一個成員，其中五位執行理事各自掌管一個部門，並且以資歷順序每年輪流擔任理事會的主席，本年度的副主席將在下一年將繼任主席。
