*Now this might sound rather controversial, but I do think that The British Empire is why this city became an international financial hub.

*It is rather frustrating that until now, I have never really accomplished something. My "achievements" are either accomplished by luck or that they are very insignificant.

*When I was a child, I always adored the fairytales about valorous knights rescuing beautiful princesses and I even dreamed about being a knight someday. However, it disappoints me that nowadays you can easily obtain a knighthood by donating enough to the right charity.

*The thing about many Chinese is that although they may sound very patriotic, they will send their children to British boarding schools or American High Schools as soon as they have the opportunity. However, for those who truly love their nation, I have nothing but respect for them.
